Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"We’ve been coming here 3x per week at least for the best breakfast feed you can get around here. One of the best omelettes and hash browns we’ve had, but definitely the best cafe de olla!"
"Came for vacation and saw this restaurant for breakfast and was really good. The hotcakes are really good"
"Great place for breakfast. My husband had the buffet and I had the red chilaquiles breakfast package which included juice and tea/coffee. Everything was delicious, I'm vegan so I had the chilaquiles without dairy but the sauce was really good. As for my husband, he really enjoyed the buffet because you can ask for almost any dish they offer, except for meat dishes. He's tougher to please, but he liked that he was free to order what he wanted and even a waffle for dessert, all for a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was $159 (didn't include beverages). I don't remember exactly how much my food cost, but ended up paying around $400. Would definitely go back on a regular basis."
"Good food with excellent choices and a willingness to customize. Nice service, fast. And good coffee. Winner!"
"Great place to eat and if you are from Santa Barbara CA defenatly recommend"
"Traditional place for breakfast, make sure you get here early !! As it gets crowded, food is fantastic, like being home."
"El Jarro is our go-to place for breakfast. They have a good menu with lots of combos that are much more reasonably priced than the bigger chain breakfast restuarants, and we always receive friendly service."
"This is the second time I stumble into this place for breakfast! The cafe de olla is a must get. Green chilaquiles and strawberry waffles were amazing aswell. All the servers are attentive and nice."
